LA Rope is available for rope parties and events.
Do you want to add something special, exciting, and fun to your next event? We will come to your place and do a beginner, hands-on workshop to introduce your group the Japanese art of shibari.
Our event features:
- A basic overview of the history, culture and background of shibari (including some rare reading materials)
- A quick overview of types of rope and basic safety information
- A hands-on workshop to teach basic ties that allow you to have a lot of fun using ties that are easy to do, easy to remember, and which work with any body type, gender, or age.
We provide everything you need, including rope to practice with.
Our rates are based on group size and travel distance, starting at $175/hr for groups of up to 10 people. Typical events are 2 hours. We are also able to host small events at our dojo in Koreatown.
