The dojo for LA Rope is located at the south west corner of Western and 2nd in Koreatown (over the Mattress store).

The entrance is on 2nd Street (the door marked 4406) up the stairs and down the hall. We are the last door on the right side.

Please respect the other tenants in the building by keeping the noise level down when entering and exiting the dojo.

In Yukimura Ryuu the ability to tie with one rope is a central component to the style.  In this class, we will examine several one rope ties, in addition to the basic gote, which provide a range of techniques for play.  We will cover Yukimura style write, ankle, and leg ties, armbinders, ebi and agura ties, foot ties, and several different constructions of the gote for fun, play, and decoration.
