Rope Play is held the first and third Tuesday of the month at the LA Rope dojo space.

Rope Play I (Nawa Asobi 1) is held the first Tuesday of the month from 8 to 10 at the LA Rope Dojo. The class begins with instruction of a basic hands in front pattern, followed by hands on tying. This class focuses on the fundamentals and is perfect for the beginner.
Rope Play II (Nawa Asobi 2) is held the third Tuesday of the month from 8 to 10 at the LA Rope Dojo. The class covers the basic Yukimura style gote (hands behind the back) and futomomo (leg tie) pattern.
Beginners always welcome. We have rope to loan for class as well as for purchase ($20 a length for 8m). It is recommended you come with a partner. Individuals are welcome but we can not guarantee a tying partner will be available.
Cost: $20 per person, in advance. No tickets at the door. If you are buying as a couple, please order together as this event always sells out and we cannot admit over our capacity once class is full.
